The Dollar Continues to be injured

In the past week, dollar did not do well. Its value continued to bear down in the market resulting to a very low yield of investors. As the foreign exchange trading continues to function, it had been relatively quiet and regarded as the most silent trading ever happened in history. Last July 17, 2008, as the trade closed, Microsoft, Google and Merrill Lynch had a very disappointing outlook on what has been happening around the market. They are fearful enough for the US economy, which might get really down and financing all will wound their shares along with the dollar.

Through what happened in the trade, Microsoft and Google made a great impact n their level of European trade from an average of 106.00. It is a good thing to be considered upon that it aroused a little bit to 107.17, which is the best level reached on this week. This was quite a reason of factor tat investors considered in gaining their trust once more. But, chances are also big that if the US equities will be reversed today down to a 105.00 level, it will surely turn off the investors and it will be hard to abide by them again.

Euro and Dollar Speaks

Economically, euro and dollar are quite relative; they affect each component in ways that only economic minds could understand. Recently, there has been a decrease in the global demand of euro. If this trend will continue to occur, this can aggravate the economical condition of the market. Considering the fact that dollar on the other hand is not performing well as well for the past few weeks, it gives a total crunch to the both currencies, which at par is a big deal through out the market trend. Also, as the months continue to pass by and if the trend will not improve and be on its usual standing, it is presumed that by the end of the year 2008, euro and dollar market will have a difficult time surviving this very big deal of business. Since dollar has not been affected this much throughout its past years, US economists are now trying there very best to find any solution on this matter that they are dealing with.

Truly, not only Americans are affected by this trend but the whole wide world as well. So, what we have to do is to be very careful on the investments that we are going to enter since it will greatly affect the future market.
